		<description>Wordpress has the ability to filter posts by author, you just need to add something to the template so the list will show up in the sidebar.

		<description>What about having categories or tags for poster? I've seen some other group blogs that do this, and I think it's a nifty organizational idea.  Especially if we sometimes make posts about what's going on with ourselves, etc.

If we can utilize tags organically alongside the more formal categories, I think that would be a good idea. I dislike rampant/unorganized tags as much as the next person, but I think since it's a group blog best to let it flow for a bit and then see if we need to clean up. Thoughts?</description>
