		<description>Colin,
Having spent 12 years in Silicon Valley I concur. One of the reasons I returned to Philly was a sense that it's time is coming again. Blog Philadelphia just confirms the trend I see everywhere here of a new public spirit and recognition that Philly has a lot to offer the world. We are stepping up to the plate(well maybe not the Phillies).

The Great Expectations project and numerous forums are bringing out this community spirit as are the local bloggers and podcasters.

As Mr. Rogers said "It's a good time to be in the neighborhood."</description>
